Abstract :
In conclusion, external optical feedback resistant characteristics were demonstrated for partially corrugated waveguide laser diodes (PC-LDs) over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. We confirmed that the PC-LDs have potential for use in isolator-free uncooled low-cost LD modules
