Abstract :
In conclusion, we have presented single-mode operation over the full temperature range for gain-coupled devices. A low threshold current of 26 mA was achieved at 85°C with a side-mode suppression >30 dB. this is the lowest threshold current at 85°C reported to our knowledge to date
