Abstract :
Coal is an important basic energy in China, the sustainable development of coal industry is relation to the national economic and security. After systemically analyzing the feature and the state of development, system model of the coal sustainable development was created by using the tool of system dynamic. Then different development modes are sifted and sorted by utilizing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in group decision making in order to put forward the optimal development mode for the coal industry in inner mogolia. The results indicate that the sustainable development pattern is prior to other modes in terms of the financial, resources and overall environment efficiency, which is also the best mode of coal industry development in inner mogolia.
