Abstract :
Computational aspects of the analysis of the elliptically polarized plane wave by the cylindrical inclusion in plane-layered medium are considered. The scope of the fractional cylindrical functions is in detail investigated for the development of the solution algorithms for the problems of the electromagnetic waves diffraction on inclusions in plane-layered media. Results of numerical calculations are given.
