After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The information of SMEs can largely alleviate the difficulties SMEs to improve competitiveness of SMEs, many SMEs in the implementation of ERP is the current building is an important channel of information. The human is ERP implements one of successful key aspects, executive decision makers, leaders and backbone of the middle, junior staff, key users, ERP vendors and consultants on the project has an important role. The implementation of ERP systems in the whole process, we should focus on "people-oriented."
