Based on Xi´an high-tech development zone, 105 firms as samples, through the questionnaire survey data access, we validated by empirical analysis in technology innovation networks, the member enterprises absorbing ability have positive role in promoting enterprise competitive advantage and technology innovation achievements. At the same time, the competitive advantage of enterprises can promote technological innovation performance improvement. In addition, the enterprises absorbing ability based on competitive advantage have the indirect effects to technological innovation improve performance.
