    Innovation is one of the sources for organizations to achieve competitive advantages, but it is also a process of exploration, mistakes, risk and uncertainty. Therefore, how to deal with human errors and mistakes may effect whether employees can learn from errors, have motive power to innovate in their daily work and improve their innovation ability. Consequently, how to avoid negative effects of human errors and exert its potential positive effects is a significant topic in business administration. In this way, the major aim of this study is to clarify the casual relationship among error management culture, organizational learning and individual innovation. Results from a survey of 143 workers in China showed that error management culture was positively influenced organizational learning. Besides, both organizational learning and error management culture were positively related to individual innovation, suggesting that organizations can enhance organizational learning and boost employees´ individual innovation by constructing error management culture.
