Abstract
The algorithms for contactless parameters measurement description is main purpose of this article. The algorithms were developed for contactless analysis of moving objects. Moving objects are parts of human body - cilias. This analysis is done thru virtual instrumentation (LabVIEW). It´s based on video capturing followed by image analysis. The real physical model was created for algorithms testing, debugging and verification (selecting the appropriate cameras, lighting, object measurement and environment). Ultimately, the outcome of the work is a complete system, which is used for non-contact measurement of rotational frequency using high-speed cameras and algorithms designed in LabVIEW. The comparison of presented methods is realized and described.
