With the expanded use of e-business group, the management of credit risk in e-commerce has become increasingly acute, In pursuit of self-interest some e-commerce website don´t care the interests of consumers, which causes a bad influence. The paper analyses the types and characteristics of credit risk in e-commerce, and then put forward to management measures to it. China´s e-commerce through continuous exploration and adjustment, entered a leap-forward development of the track.
