    Tourism real estate refers to a kind of tourism function which is achieved or partly achieved to develop the real estate and the marketing model. Tourism real estate which has had a significant impact on Chinese tourism and the development of real estate has experienced a rapid development since it was brought into China. Chengdu, which is famous for the "leisure capital", is the capital city of Sichuan province. To develop tourism real estate has its own characteristics compared with other regions. Tourism real estate stretches across the tourism industry and the real estate, having a strong correlation with many other industries. Therefore, tourism real estate is significant to the development of Chengdu. As to Chengdu, the tourism and real estate have become new economic growth points, and the combination of tourism and real estate also shows a good tendency, and a number of development projects have walked in the forefront of the country. However, there have also many problems. Some of those projects have created some negative impact both on the economy and the environment, and these issues need to be analyzed and measured. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility to develop the tourism real estate in Chengdu, and pertinently puts forward some recommendations.
