Abstract :
Shift vibration would appear in gear shifting process of hydraulic-based AMT system, especially in the up-shift process from even-numbered gear or the down-shift process from the odd-numbered gear with X-Y type transmission box. The principle of gear shift in hydraulic system is analyzed as well as the reason of shift vibration is presented in this paper. Expert PID control is proposed and the parameters tuning method of which is involved in this paper, which proved to be a simple and effective solution to reduce the shift vibration.
