Abstract
The authors propose the use of Walsh functions for analysis of systems with nonlinear loads in electric power distribution systems. A circuit analysis technique based upon a component connection model is developed for use with Walsh functions. Several illustrative examples are presented. Analytical results are compared with those obtained using the circuit analysis program SPICE
