Abstract :
A systematic framework of robust state-feedback design is proposed for LPV plants without assuming measurability of dependent parameters. So far, most of studies on robust LPV systems have been made based on gain scheduled methodology. In contrast, our concern is to treat of difference between the dependent parameters of a plant and those of a controller from LTV viewpoint. As a result, plant´s real parameters are allowed to vary in a parameter space, on the other hand, controllers depend only on plant´s nominal parameters specified in prior (or obtained by on-line measurement). Conditions for the existence of the state-feedback controllers which achieve robust quadratic L2 gain performance for not only nominal parameters but also real parameters in a combined parameter space are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) expression.
