Incubator is the important platform of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the incubation, whether SMEs can incubate successfully is very significant for development of regional economy and enterprise innovation. However, financial gap is the most difficulty for SMEs in the incubation like others. Based on interpretation definition of SMEs´ incubator and SMEs in the incubation, the financial gap of SMEs in the incubation is discussed. A questionnaire and SPSS method are used to analyze further the financial gap, then financial supporting and promoting system is given, which is composed of incubator platform system, government policies and law services system, multi-channel capital supply system of banking, capital markets, informal financial and others, and multi-polar credit guarantee system. It hopes to be the reference for the issue of financial gap of SMEs in the incubation.
