With the increasing global warming, more serious environmental damage and shortage of energy, the low-carbon economy attracts wide attention all around the world. Tourism, as the largest comprehensive industry, is an inevitable terrain to develop low-carbon economy. So low-carbon tourism is imperative. For tourists, the aim of tour is experience, which is a kind of necessary demand for them. Under this circumstance, the tourism suppliers have to design and develop product assortment in accordance with the demand of tourists and the tourism products must meet the “low-carbon” requirements. This requires a mechanism to make the tourism meet the development need of experience economy and do not contradict with the “low-carbon” requirements, which is the main purpose that we try to set a path to achieve the low-carbon tourism under the experience economic conditions.
