The purpose of supply chain management is to keep balance between the improvement of customers´ level and the cost of system. Nowadays, the customers´ expectation index to the whole supply chain is the comprehensive ability of reaction speed, cost, quality and flexibility, which is just the demand for the service standard of third party logistics. With the development of global economy, Chinese logistics industry, especially the third-party logistics develop rapidly, this paper analysis the relationship between third party logistics and supply chain management, furthermore it puts forward the way to improve third party logistics´ international competition in Chinese logistics industry with supply chain management.
