Abstract
A three interrelated supply chains model which is the combination of the horizontal supply chain and the vertical supply chain is proposed in this paper. A control model of inventory and cost with uncertain parameter, multi-production time-delays and multi-disturbance inputs is developed, and the robust H» control strategy is used to control its uncertainties. The study shows that through the static feedback control of three interrelated supply chains inventory state, it can make the supply chain achieve the goal of controlling parameter uncertainty and restraining uncertainty disturbance effectively, and provides a robustness strategy for enterprises with re-use of the production waste to deal with uncertainty disturbance.
