In the era of global and information-based economy, building the social capital is one of the key factors of the sustainable development and the success of the corporations. Social capital is formed from the long-term interaction of the corporation in the cluster, based on the trust and cooperation capability of the network and innovative culture. Social capital helps industry cluster realize the group competition advantages which the individual corporation is not able to achieve. Social capital enhances the competitive advantages of the industry cluster.
