Abstract :
In order to achieve the goal of low carbon development of this region, with ecological economics and scientific outlook on development as theoretical guidance, humans as orientation, and “low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission” as development core, the research worked out the four modes of low carbon development of this region: mode of energy science and technology innovation, mode of production system improvement, mode of industry structure optimization and mode of consumption concept transformation, proposed that Jiangxi should rely on science and technology, attach great importance to the development and utilization of clean energy such as solar power, hydropower and wind power; accomplish clean, intensive and cyclic production; vigorously develop eco-agriculture and eco-tourism through industry structure optimization and adjustment; cultivate people´s habit of low carbon consumption.
