The urbanization in China is the result of combined action from system force and market force. This paper, based on the analysis of regression on urbanization rate from 1978 to 2007, attempts to study the resultant force from the system force and the market force and deduces the locus equation of Chinese urbanization rate. It indicates that the speed of Chinese urbanization rate is faster than that of the western countries, and 2013 will be the flex point in the course of burgeoning urbanization in China, and the limit of urbanization in China is 83%. The system force lag behind a little before 2013, while the market force will regress after 2013, then the system force will enhance to promote urbanization. The urbanization will reach the limit in 2158, and after 2158, the anti-urbanization force will dominate the development of urbanization and the urbanization rate will decline.
