In the cultivation and management process of the college student journalists, there are lots of factors remain unclear. To promote the research in this field, we have studied process of the cultivation and management process of the college student journalists by qualitative technique, which is an effective and challenging simulation paradigm. Using qualitative methods, we considered the interaction between student reporter training with the influence factors in the process, and modeled the whole process with system dynamic feedback analysis. Through the analysis of the interaction among professional training, management assessment and environment, the consistency between qualitative predictive matrix and the quantitative one of the system is also given. Finally we analyzed the stability of the system, and the results showed that the structure of the system is suitable.
