Since 1990s, with the development of computer technology and network popularization, more and more trade activities have started through the network. Under the background of economic globalization, the information technology (IT) will become successful or failure key factor of the multinational corporations. This article has synthesized the information theory, the multinational corporation theory, the business management theory, synthesized to apply the method of theory to reality, proposed the influential role of the information in the promotion multinational corporations development, constructed the skeleton which solved, in the information age, the development issues of multinational corporations, conducted system´s research, and drawn the conclusion that the information plays an important role in the global development. It can provide the theory basis for the government´s macroscopic decision-making in our country. It will have certain practical significance for multinational corporations and civil firms in the 21st century.
