Research on the dynamic mechanism of enterprise innovation behaviors: An empirical analysis framework for endogenous factors

Based on the mechanism theory as well as the competence theory, this paper sets up a conceptual model to analyze the relationship among innovation mechanism and innovation capability of entrepreneurs as well as the enterprise innovation performance, and carries out empirical test on samples of 124 enterprises to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results show that there are significant positive correlations between enterprise innovation mechanism and innovation performance, together with between enterprise culture and innovation mechanism as well as the entrepreneur´s innovation capability and enterprise innovation performance.
