Facing the complicated supply chain environment, people have realized the importance of stock management and the necessity to make stock management decisions. Supply chain´s stock management does not simply refer to demand prediction and supply, but to maximize customer service and profits through stock management. This article sets a mathematical model for mensurating the uncertain factors influencing safety goods stock level in supply chain system, proposing the basic strategies avoiding safety goods stock risks, with them providing decision support for deciding safety goods stock level in supply chain system, and therefore achieving the purpose to control risks in supply chain management.
