Over the past several years, He´nan province has been to the fifth largest economy in China. However, its international cooperation in economy and technology is the weakest point of its economic development, and its economic globalization level is lower than the average level in domestic. The non-public economies, whose main part is Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), have been the new force of the economy development in He´nan province. To accelerate the involvement of He´nan economy into the economic globalization, the SMEs in He´nan should be encouraged and directed to expand and intensify the international entrepreneurship, increasing their global operation abilities.
