In supply chain enterprises, intellectual property conflicts widely exist, but it lacks of the special study presently on this question, and there isn´t a clearly and definite definition to the related concepts. Therefore, this article firstly make explicit definitions to three concepts of the supply chain enterprise, the supply chain enterprise conflict and the intellectual property conflicts among supply chain enterprises, and then to have conducted the research for the main body, the object and the actual content in the intellectual property conflicts among supply chain enterprises, as well as PDPU model of the supply chain enterprise intellectual property conflict, comprehensive conflict management of the supply chain enterprise intellectual property and so on.
