This paper discussed the content and business types of telecom services outsourcing, analyzed the overall market of telecom outsourcing, main outsourcing business and the contractor market, it shows that in the current China telecom outsourcing market, the services outsourcing business focused on the fields of IT services outsourcing, call center outsourcing and data center outsourcing etc, then three types of telecom outsourcing contractors are compared with the advantages and disadvantages. Finally, on the basis of above research, analyzed the characteristics of China telecom outsourcing and it´s future developing trends.
