Abstract :
We describe an automated dc 10-to-1 kV measuring system built with simple equipment. This PC-controlled system performs a quick automated self-calibration and sub-ppm accuracy voltage measurement. The bridge method is adopted in its self-calibration procedure. The analysis of the circuits for self-calibration and voltage measurement is included
