  • Abstract
    Through the positive analysis of 373 employees who come from all kinds of enterprises and institutions in Wuhan and other areas, this paper examines the relationship among personality trait working attitude and turnover intention. The research shows that the locus of control significantly affects the working attitude of staff, and there is interaction between job satisfaction and organizational commitment which both affect turnover intention collectively, with the latter having stronger and more stable impact. Meanwhile, job satisfaction partially mediates the influence of personality trait and turnover intention. and organizational commitment fully mediated the influence of personality trait and turnover intention.
