After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This article unifies the primary factors that affects the C2C electronic commerce, designs an appraisal indicator system which conform to the current C2C commerce pattern characteristic, using the AHP method establishes C2C electronic commerce transaction main body credit appraisal model, and then using transaction main body credit formula and the appraisal credit meter, confirms this appraisal system´s feasibility by the example.
