    With the development of modern information technology, internet autonomy learning has become a new effective mode of English teaching recently. This study mainly investigates what teaching strategies should teachers use in college English teaching practice and how college students develop their English protocol abilities in autonomy learning by using internet. Based on clearing the concept of internet autonomy learning, its features and disadvantages and the importance of teachers´ roles are summarized first. Five special teaching strategies are provided then. Finally, taking English writing as an example, the implement of cultivating students´ writing skills in the process of internet autonomy learning is explored.
