Abstract :
In order to grasp the essence of electronic commerce and dual economic growth, it is adopted comparing the value theory of labour in Marxism economics with the value theory of factors in western mainstream economics. The results are as follows: it is scarce use value provided that produces added value in production fields; value creation also exists in circulation fields by realizing market value of the scarce use value efficiently and timely; electronic commerce can enhance value creation, integrating commerce flow and logistics through smooth information flow efficiently; in dual structure restrained by agricultural development, it is crucial to promote the agricultural products´ value creation. It can be concluded that electronic commerce is beneficial to integrating the available resources and stimulate dual economic growth by promoting agricultural products´ value creation.
