The construction of port logistics information platform is very important to improve the competitiveness of port in the supply chain. According to the characteristics of port supply chain, we give an analysis of port supply chain operation. The integrated operation and pull supply chain are used in port to improve the flexibility and agility of the port service. The function modules of port logistics information platform are constructed to improve the level and efficiency of port services significantly. The structure of port logistics information platform is proposed based on the port supply chain.
