The valuation of rural financial ecological environment´s quality is the foundation of achieving rural sustainable development in both social and economical aspects. The paper discusses the basic principles of evaluation criteria of the construction of rural financial ecological environment. And this paper also carries on a research of China´s rural financial ecological environment evaluation index system from the legal environment, credit environment, and rural financial development and other aspects.
