With the rapid development of the logistics industry in our country, logistics is becoming a new economic growth points. The logistics cannot be developed well without logistic professional, Neither in quantity nor in quality, the logistic talents has been able to satisfy the current development of logistics. This paper describes the the status quo of logistics, and analyse problem about training mode of the logistics talent, such as educational system is not perfect and training modes aren´t science. Finallly, this paper put forward science and rational training mode that training in a variety of forms, at different levels and through different channels, to take training modes of flexible and diversified forms; and trainning is comprehensive and all directions.
