Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the input-output tables of Zhejiang Provices in 1992, 1997 and 2002, using the method of input-output to industry relevancy analysis between producer services and Manufacturing Industries in Zhejiang. A series of indicators following conclusions were drawn: Firstly, the growth of producer services speeded up evidently, The status in the national economy gradually increased;Secondly, the promotion of Manufacturing Industries to Producer Services is larger than opposition; Third, the service lever of manufacturing industries become more and more higher and so on.
