After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The application of logistics information collection technology in the food supply chain, such as bar-code, RFID and so on, can dynamically detect the quality conditions of food. And we can dynamic pricing so as to bring appreciation to the food supply chain by sharing that information above. In this paper, it researches whether the logistics information collection technology can bring appreciation, then analyzes the conditions of adding value and determines the optimal price in certain conditions.
