  • Abstract
The line mass and implosion energy inferred from the PRS implosion time and load current depend on the shapes of gas-puff radial-density and current-history profiles. Snowplow calculations with various density and current profiles are used to determine the dependence of these quantities on the profile shapes. The authors´ results demonstrate the importance of using accurate experimental density and current profiles with radiation-scaling analyses.
