The 21st century is the century to achieve Industrial accumulation through the development of the logistics. A city´s competitiveness does not depend on its number of industries, capacity of manufacturing, but on the number of competitive industries, the manufacturing capacity of marketable goods, and the ability to transfer these products to the terminal through fluent channel economically and efficiently, which is called the flow force. This article discusses the contribution of the modern logistics industry to the development of city and enterprise.
