Abstract :
The body of mathematics for noncontact measurements of deformation fields with the aid of a laser Doppler computer vibration meter is proposed. Continuous fields with given smoothness are restored on the laser experiment discrete fields using the extreme properties of spline functions. The algorithm has been implemented in order to find the portions of dangerous deformations
