  • Abstract
    In order to fill the gap of high efficient image processing module in embedded video surveillance system, the open source computer vision library (OpenCV) is introduced in the procedure of video stream server processing which is based on Embedded ARM system to complete various function of computer vision, an example of motion object detection algorithm is used to demonstrate the plan is feasible and efficient.
