The storage mode and structure of model base are both emphasis and difficulty in developing power load forecasting system. This paper studies the implementation patterns of model base in PLFS and it presents a new structure of model named task-driven structure on the basis of object oriented technology and structural analysis and design methods. The project which applied to practice successfully declares the feasibility of this pattern.
