It is a hot topic that the researches on the Local Government Financing Platform in the field of finance. This paper attempts to review the background and motivation of the establishment and development of the Local Government Financing Platform in China, and then brings some proposals about its regulated and sustainable development from three aspects such as the risk of the stock of its loans in dialectical view, the management of total transparency from a macro point of view, the category management from a micro point of view.
