Abstract :
The compact presentation of video information, based on principle new approach to the processes of removal of surplus in transformant orthogonal transformations, is created. The polyadical encoding of transformant orthogonal transformations is developed. It is achieved the compression of images as a result reduction of combinatory surplus in transformant orthogonal transformations.
