Abstract :
An entropy method for the fuzzy information is proposed, which carries on the optimal appraisal to many reasonable proposals under the circumstances of only with fuzzy judgment matrix and without expert weight, through the fuzzy appraisal matrix´s entropy as well as the triangular fuzzy numbers and closeness degree from the comment object to the ideal point. Simultaneously, in view of the applicable problems of formula transforms from the entropy value into the entropy weight under certain conditions, the improvement to the entropy weight formula is made. The entropy decision model was Anally applied to determine the optimal program.
