Abstract :
Based on the switching function, the paper presents a general unified nonlinear large-signal equivalent circuit model and its mathematical description; it can be used to describe PWM switching converters operating in all possible modes, such as continuous conduction mode (CCM), discontinuous inductor current mode (DICM), discontinuous capacitor voltage mode (DCVM), discontinuous quasi-resonant mode (DQRM), etc.
