Abstract :
Teleview is a public videotext service system designed to access a wide range of information and computer services. There is no platform to support access of Teleview in a network environment. The Teleview Server is one possible solution to bring Teleview to a network platform. An overview of the design and implementation of the Teleview server is given. The server allows several terminals on a LAN to share the same access line. The design can be ported to other networks such as ISDN. The limitation of the server is the speed in receiving page frames
