Research on relationship of human resource exploitation and regional economy development in Heilongjiang State Farms

In this paper, we summarize the level of human resource of Heilongjiang State Farms on the basis of the models of relationship between human resource exploitation and regional economy development and econometrics, positively analyzing the relationship between them from the aspects of quantity, quality, structure and input of human resource. At last, we put forward some policies and devices to develop regional economy and strengthen human resource development and management.
