With the development of e-commerce, network marketing has dipped into various fields. So, the networking marketing measures of agricultural products also need to be innovated. The paper analyzed the characteristics of network marketing of agricultural products, combined with the problems in its development process, proposed strategies for farmers and companies to engage in network marketing and promote the development of the network marketing of agricultural products in china.
