  • Abstract
    Small-and-medium enterprises, as the most active group with the greatest development potential, are the backbone of implementing the national strategy, innovating independently and promoting the industrialization of science and technology, which can represent the future of China´s economy. As the grim situation of global economic integration and internationalized competition, the small-and-medium enterprises are facing the unprecedented difficulties of the existence and development. However, the rapid popularization of the e-business has brought a new chance for them. The urgently concerned problems for all small-and-medium enterprises are how to play their own strengthens and explore a appropriate e-business development model, which has not only great significance for the survival and development of the small-and-medium enterprises but also profound influence to the sustainable, healthy and stable development of China´s economy.
